02Does Volugami only work for boxes?
No. Planning can connect items, boxes, crates, pallets, vehicles and containers. Each completed package becomes the next step's input without losing weight, dimensions or its order link.
03Do I need to replace my current catalogue or tables?
No. You can add or import items, containers, orders and rate tables. Volugami organises the references you already have and applies your operation's real constraints.
04What uses the monthly allowance?
A saved plan or API call uses one unit. Adjustments and interactive simulations while you prepare the load do not count as new uses.
05Do workbench operators pay per seat?
No. Operators who receive and execute plans are unlimited. The limit applies only to editor users who configure, plan or analyse the operation.
06Does the platform choose or require a carrier?
No. When a rate is calculated, it uses the table your company entered. Volugami does not sell freight or lock the operation to a specific carrier.
